Hoophouses are Rising!

As we have had so many projects and so little time,we have finally got round to putting up the Hoophouse!

Now nothing usually goes exactly as planned and this is no exception. We purchased our first planned Hoophouse and it is 16′ wide and 48′ long. Complete with braces, purlins, skin material and of course, hoops. Then there is the County in which I live. If the state needed an Enema, the Washoe County Building and Planning is where the would find the appropriate orifice in which to “Stick It”! Rules, rules and more rules. Well here is what we did!
